Stars before they were famous

Everytime I see a video of Christina Aguilera singing at such a young age she amazes me.
That is one talented woman.

Just look at this video:

It's her singing "I have nothing" from Whitney Houston. She was like 11/12 years old or something? At the Mickey Mouse club.
I'm not even her biggest fan so I'm not biased :p Just have a lot of respect for her singing abbillities especially at such a young age. :)

Also I am always surprised to see that Britney actually was a pretty good singer when she was younger. For some reason she switched to some sort of baby voice when she sings now. Never understood that.

Edit: just wanted to add that I think Aaliyah is very underrated as a singer. Watching her at that age you can really see how talented she was :)

The Primettes

These tracks were recorded by The Primettes, who later after signing with Motown changed their name to The Supremes and became a trio. The 4th girl is Betty McGlown. These songs were recorded for the Lu Pine label in 1960.

Florence Ballard sings the intro and Mary Wilson is doing the lead vocals.

This song was recorded in 1961 when the Beatles (who were called the Beat Brothers here) were backup musicians for singer Tony Sheridan. Tony let the group record a couple of songs on their own and this is one. This is when Pete Best was the drummer.
