Yesterday 20 years ago, SPAWN opened in theaters!! Kudos to New Line Cinema as they celebrate 50 years this year cus this movie marked the first time an african american actor (Michael Jai White) was the lead in a comic book film. Yes the film was a disappointment sadly but it's still worth mentioning this film. Theatrical Poster
