South Korea - Japan Ferry

I have booked a Flight to Seoul with AirAsia for the 2nd of March next year but it is only a one-way Flight as I will only be in Korea for Transit because I plan on going to Japan via the Ferrys from Busan, I know there is at least 2 or 3 Ferrys to Japan from South Korea such as the JR Kyushu ‘Beetle’ and the "Camellia Line" Ferry, I can make reservations on-line for the Beetle Ferry but they don't accept my Visa Electron Card I am wondering If I can book the ticket on the day of departure via the ticket sales at the Ferry Port and also if any Travel Agents in the UK will be able to book my Ferry ticket for me.
