Some things I thought were going to be on the DVD but aren't?

Hi, Does anyone remember an article or an interview with someone who worked on the TII tour, I think female, stating that 'You are not alone' and 'Stranger in Moscow' were also going to be in the DVD as part of the two hours of extra footage?

Also, if you look at the picture Montage on the front of the DVD, on the right leg at the top there is a picture with MJ wearing his Billie Jean hat and stood in the typical Billie Jean pose; does anyone know if he performed Billie Jean more than once? Thanks

I really miss SIM and YANA on the release!

I think only SIM was told to be on the DVD/Blu-Ray release! But it's not there! Very disappointing!

Still waiting my copy of TII so I haven't seen any the extra materials yet. But I really hoped to see Stranger in Moscow - that is an awesome song.
