I'm afraid I don't think it is very convincing....a 'not very good' fake. There are lots of pictures of the real thing on the internet ....eg on google images or various fan / collector sites etc, so I would recommend comparing this with those to see the difference.
As a new cushion it would be worth about £3, as a second hand, scribbled-on cushion, about 10p. :)

It doesnt look real to me. Its looks like its trying to copy the original posted above
The handwritting doest look like MJ's at all ..
