All of the rare things he's selling look like the real deal, but I'd suggest you beware. This is what user stphmlt said on MaxJax:

Since it's the same seller than Signature series 2 I don't know what to think about it...as Signature series 2 was obviously a fake but those seem to be real and the seller is very well rated so... but I won't bargain with him/her...

I'm salivating over the items he has up for sale, if indeed they're all real. Wish I had more money..

The value of the Signature Series has gone down ever since the Georgie Porgie 4 On The Floor Mixes got released on the Thriller Special Editions.
