I just looked at amazon.com for This is It soundtrack and did not see Shes Out of My Life the really good accoustic version is not on there...:scratch:

????? I heard the song on my AOL music toolbar & it said thats the album its on.

It's definitely on the TII album, disc two with 14 minutes and 38 seconds of 'new but old but new but still old yet new to most but still old' demos.
