How do I apply for a scholarship?? I live in VA, my GPA is 3.0 currently. I am officially now a fulltime student for online school (UV Phoenix)
I need to find a scholarship one reason is so that I can pay less back on my loan.
Anyone know how I can 1. find a scholarship & 2. apply
