LOS ANGELES—A retrial date has been set for February in a Los Angeles case against a defunct charter jet company and its owner for secretly videotaping Michael Jackson and his attorneys during a 2003 flight.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge said Wednesday that XtraJet's owner Jeffrey Borer will be tried again beginning Feb. 14. A pretrial hearing is set for Dec. 10.

Attorneys Mark Geragos and Pat Harris were awarded a multimillion-dollar judgment against Borer in March 2008. The decision was overturned by an appeals court in January.

Borer and an associate previously pleaded guilty to conspiracy for videotaping Jackson and his lawyers as they flew to the pop star's surrender on molestation charges.

Uuck! Again with THAT!? This taping case is getting old now.
