[REQ] Looking for a fan-made single cover

Years ago around 2002 i think, there were a lot of cd covers made by fans for Michael's singles off Invincible, I've been looking for the Whatever Happens single cover.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Also, it wouldn't hurt to post some fan-made cd covers here
