[REQ] Help me please

this was from a video deposition obtained by The Insider, believed to be from the Dieter Wiesner case and filmed in mid-2007. the insider previewed it on Thursday September 10, 2009 and showed it on Monday Sept 14. 2009 . I recall because TSCM had posted the above still from the video and I had also taped it when it aired. Someone had posted the videos on YT. Unfortunately due to copyright, the videos that included the still/gif that you posted are no longer available. This part of the interview is available (when he put on his glasses):
