I don't think so. This looks like a show, to me, but I don't know which one.
I'm struggling too understand why we need to know which show it is.

To me, it looks as though Michael and Marlon swapped pants, on this night.
Michael normally wore the black ones, but here we see Marlon wearing them.
This is similar to the way in which they alternated the black and white striped pants.
Sometimes Michael wore them and sometimes it was Marlon.

It may be a concert in Los Angeles, but it may also be a rehearsal for some show. I'm not too certain. It would be cool if it was a concert though.

It's Rehearsals, almost full dress rehearsal but a few band members are wearing casual clothes (Greg is wearing a blue shirt & denim pants, Michael is wearing a regular white shirt instead of his usual shirt), it's somewhere before the first KC show.
