Randy Jackson Wins Child Support Battle Against Alejandra Jackson

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ruled in favor of Randy Jackson in a long and bitter child support battle with his ex Alejandra Jackson.

Court papers revealed that Alejandra waited until after the children were adults and then tried to seek to enforce over a half a million dollars in unpaid child support.
In denying the claim for support, the court found that Randy Jackson had never been served with the summons and complaint and set aside the default judgment

Randy tells X17online exclusively:

"There are no winners or losers. Anytime chlidren are involved, it's a difficult situation, however, the truth has come out. I want to thank my friends and loved ones for being supportive and hanging in there with me through the ordeal."

Alejandra was really stupid. She probably made a deal that in exchange of living at Hayvenhurst and have all expenses paid for by MJ, she wouldnt go after Randy for childsupport.

When MJ died, her kids were adult and all that extra money to her stopped. Such a pity. Thats why its so important to always have something to fall back on.

Alejandra is stupid but Randy should be ashamed for not taking care if his kids.

but Randy did "provide" to his kids and Alejandra. He gave them a home to live for 19 years, where they lived like kings and queens according to Randall:hysterical:

That is what Randy says, but in fact it was Michael who provided the home for them.
 
MJ paid for Randy kids for yrs. So that's why Alejandra never went after Randy and now he gets to pay ish. :mat: Talk about bein a lucky :censored: He should be thanking MJ ONLY!

So Randy "It's Not Over" Jackson is actually PROUD to report that due to a technicality, he will not have to pay back child support. What a guy!

He's an embarrassment to GOOD MEN everywhere and to think, Mother had the NERVE to say: "All of my sons' are good fathers."
 
I'm not surprised by this. He has never had to pay for his actions before so why should he now? Once again MJ and his money saved his loser ass
 
Maybe now he won't harrass his Mother for money, he only has to take care of himself.

Mother will still be harrassed, in my opinion.

Because her "cubs" don't only want to live well, they want to live in the EXACT style as Michael lived. They just don't want to work for it.
 
Im glad Randy won. it means he told the truth of the events and the judge believed them. From Alejandra's first sentence on her report she lied. She gave not the age but the year of Genevieve's birth making her 13 when she was 22. And at the time of this Genevieve was going to change her hair back to natural curly after having it processed, She found out it could not be done. I think they were going to use pics of Paris and her friend Michaela to say that was her. Alejandra has four children and a mother knows all the dates of her childrens birth day and year. Genevieve is her first. She has her down as 1998 not 1989 ok she swithed the years numbers by accident it was a typo. The correct it when in court instead Randys lawyers did. And her side said other that Randys side had to correct. She and her children were taken care of there are pics to show that by bothe mother and daughter. She stayed in the house and stirred her brew on Jermaine next. She never filed child support on Randy while in that house. I guess living outside of the Jackson realm is hard. Waiting on the book.

Yeah, it seems he didn't receive the summons at the appropiate time but that doesn't make look good because the issue here is lack of support to his children. You're correct when you say "She and her children were taken care of there are pics to show that by bothe mother and daughter" but it wasn't Randy who took care of his children and Alejandra. Michael Jackson was the one who paid the bills for the house where Randy's girl & children lived. It'd have looked much better if Randy could have showed checks, paid bills showing he was supporting his children. It doesn't matter if it's one of the Jacksons or not, a man who doesn't support his children is a person with no sense of responsibility and with lack of morals.
 
Child support is not money. Child support is providing shelter , foood and clothing for your chidren. He got shelter for his children and her also. He got food for his children and clothing. There was a problem with giving her money do to the fact from her divorce with Jermaine that she was sending it to her home Country Columbia. If an absentee parents gives you money for his/her child you do not sent it constantly overseas . In this instance I believe the Jackson family did the right thing in giving her physical child support. As for the judgement Alejandra did the wrong thing of staying in the house I think that is where she lost. It also did help that she did not put in her report O by the way I married his brother while still married to another man and both was supporting me
 
^^Don't mean to be rude but may I ask, how do you pay for shelter, food & clothing?

When you say "he got shelter for his children" yeah, he got shelter for his children but he didn't pay for it. This is not about placing your kids in someone else's house and let that someone else financially support them This is about taking responsibility for your children and let me emphasize that Alejandra is another jewel. She liked what she was offered & she took it.

Parents are suppossed to take care of their own children, especially if they can work. I understand there are people in the world who have children and they let other people support them, either because they really can't afford it or because they just like to live off someone else. Where does Randy falls?
 
I don't think that either Randy or Alejandra did the right thing. It sounds to me like the only reason Randy won the judgement was because Alejandra messed up during the court process. In my opinion, Randy has nothing to be proud of himself about in this situation considering that Michael was the person paying the bills for all the people in that house, including Randy, Alejandra and their children. Randy should not be talking like he walked through fire to win this case. He did almost nothing at all. The court had no choice but to let him win.

Lets say that for Alejandra and children to stay there Randy had to give money toward the house, (gas , electric, maintance,food) and Jermaine had to give money toward the house. That is how she stayed there freee rent and board. If she did not like that arraingment then she should of left day one. But she stayed for 20 yrs. No case . Randy wins

Number One, the home is owned by The Estate of Michael Jackson, NOT Mother.

Number Two, why would Michael need to be a part of any agreement between Randy and his baby momma, especially since you "claim" that the home was GIFTED to Mother by Michael? (Answer: Michael was part of the agreement, because it was him who financed the lifestyle for his nephews, nieces and their mother.)

Number Three, "let's say Randy and Jermaine gave money." LOL! That's mad funny.

Bottomline, they want to create children, they just don't want to support said children financially. Which is sad, especially for folks, namely Jermaine and Randy, who are ALWAYS talking about the virtues of family. FAKE, FAKE, AND FAKE!

Randy is a dead beat dad and a deadbeat human being. He got arrested for beating his partner and baby ffs.

I saw that Genevieve wrote on twitter the other day something about how she was watching "The Jackson's American Dream" and how she wishes they still lived at Haybenhurst because "things were much simpler then".... Damn right they were. My life would be simple too if my rich uncle had paid for everything I ever had growing up!

Alejandra should have been out working and making money to raise her kids and randy should have been doing the same, but they both sat back and let Michael waste his hard earned money on kids that weren't even his. They are scum! It breaks my heart that this is what Michael had to deal with

Fuck you Randy, fuck you very much. Scumbag.

I said "let's say" But Randy did say there was an agreement between the three of them I am hoping that Michael told Randy that for them to stay you have to help out on the house payments. And in Jermaines divorce paper he stated that he was giving his mother money for her and the kids to stay there.

The rich and famous are frequent targets of paternity and child support actions. Wealth and celebrity are not prerequisites for defendants in paternity lawsuits, however, they can provide motives for one person to take another to court.

Most New Yorkers would not be considered as famous as the brother of a pop icon. Randy Jackson cannot escape fame by association with his late brother, singer Michael Jackson. Randy Jackson is denying that he was aware of a paternity lawsuit filed more than 20 years ago by his ex-wife.

Randy Jackson asked a court to dismiss a 1990 default judgment that Jackson said he did not know existed until 2008. An attorney for ex-wife Alejandra Jackson says her client filed a paternity action over the couple's child, Genevieve, in the summer of 1989.

Jackson said he did not respond to a petition because the Jackson 5 singer claims he never received court notification about the lawsuit. A family court apparently determined that Jackson was Genevieve's father and owed Alejandra Jackson $1,200 a month in child support.

Randy Jackson says he learned of the judgment in 2008 when child support enforcers attempted to take money from his bank account. Jackson also says his ex-wife never mentioned the judgment.

Alejandra, Genevieve and another child of Jackson's ex-wife resided at the Jackson family compound for 19 years. Randy Jackson claims he has legal documents that show he and his ex-spouse agreed to the free living arrangement in 1993 in lieu of child support for Genevieve.

Jackson's daughter, her mother and brother, left the Jackson family home in 2011 after Alejandra's youngest child reached age 18. Genevieve is 22. Alejandra was also once married to Jermaine Jackson, Randy and Michael Jackson's brother.

Child support collectors have taken $5,000 from Randy Jackson's bank account for unpaid child support.

Courts are wrangling over whether the case is a civil matter or an issue for family court. A decision about jurisdiction will be made in early August.
