Randy Jackson Files Police Report: My Assistant Is a THIEF

Michael Jackson's brother Randy claims a no-good thief has stolen the keys to his home ... and he's pointing the finger at his very own personal assistant ... TMZ has learned.

Randy filed a police report with the Pasadena Police Department a few days ago ... claiming his former female assistant quit her job recently ... and REFUSED to give back the keys to his home.

Sources close to the ex-assistant tell TMZ ... the two ended their professional relationship on VERY bad terms ... but she's NO THIEF.

The assistant worked for Randy for roughly 6 months -- and claims she quit because she felt she was being underpaid. After the split, the woman is saying she may have already had the keys in her possession because of her duties as Jackson's assistant ... but returned them ASAP.

We're told an investigation is underway ... but law enforcement sources tell us the two sides are still trying to work things out. No official comment from either Jackson or the assistant.

Well if I were Randy I wouldn't be calling other people something I am myself.

Why doesn't he just have the locks changed and move on? If she had the keys, she could have made copies.

I am more then sure the cops have better things to do then to look for missing keys. Change the locks like someone said. I mean really
 
Oh Waterhead REALLY?? Just go make some new keys and be done with it. Jeez...not that big a deal :(
 
I wonder if some sort of promises were involved??? HHHHHMMMMMMMM???

I don't think that was the whole story as reported by TMZ but that's just my opinion.

Its time for me to step down!!

My health has been suffering, silently i carry on like a robot, but i am not a robot, i am a human, i hurt like anyone else,

Hey, but what is the reason this person did not want to give back his keys, and exactly what did she steal except the keys, of course. Now does the person have a record as a "key stealer?" That is certainly a dangerous and serious crime. I wonder how you list this on your job application when they ask you if you have ever been arrested for a crime.
 
If he wasn't MJ's brother would TMZ even give a crap!? NOPE! Randy sure does make it more then obvious he is the one that be calling these shows/tabloids to give them info! His been doin that for to long...even to Mj when he was living...PATHETIC!

I don't think Randy cares about the key. I think what bothers him is that this woman is a thief who deserves to be brought to justice, and I agree.
