I noticed from the new photos thread (Jan. 2) that some fans were concerned about various things. What we KNOW is that Michael was out and about and shopping on New Year's Eve, and that he is obviously an insatiable reader. That is a good thing.

Can you guys tell me what doctor he visited? some fans said he visited dermatologist, but I doubt it.
He doesn't look too well to me. He is always wearing slippers and inside his trench coat, you can see he's in pyjamas. Only patients will wear like that all the time.
and why is he getting skinnier and skinnier? :'(
Does anyone of you know the truth but try to cover up the fact that he is sick? :(
 
Hi ilovemjj4ever. I understand that you are concerned, but really the last statement we have is the one issued by Michael's PR firm, that he is healthy.

We don't really know which doctor he visited. What we do know is that he looked vigorous and was moving around well when he went shopping right after the doctor's visit! (Have you seen the video of him shopping?)

From the recent photos there is no way to tell much of anything about his weight or appearance. It's possible that he covers himself that way to make paparazzi photos less valuable, and really does want to be left in peace to shop?

As far as the PJ's are concerned, Michael has worn Jamies "out" for years and years, so I wouldn't read anything special into that.

I do understand that you are concerned and care about Michael very much, but really, those New Year's Even photos showed -- that Michael was out-and-about, and that he obviously loves to read?

I'm just a bit worried still. I know with lupus you can go up and down. With any chronic ilnness this can happen. I have fibromyalgia ans some days I am so much better than others. But the lung thing is bugging me. it most have stemmed from somwhere-what i mean is crazy ian must have got the grain of the idea from somewhere.

You know, it's nice of you to be that concerned, it shows you care very much about Michael.
But nobody knows anything for certain in this but Michael and maybe a very few ppl around him and I guess that's just the way he wants it to be so that's the way we have to accept it if we do love him.
For us he gave that press statement from his pr ppl.
He is an adult. He will know what's best for him. Have faith.
Try not to worry too much when you don't know if there's a reason at all.
Sometimes we worry about a billion things although all of those could never all happen.
It's really always best to take things as they come.

we just really don't know but what Michael wants us to know. Let's trust in him for now.
He's a caring person. And I'm sure he's doing what he thinks is best for him and that's why also best for everyone he loves and whom he's loved by.
 
Hi Mechi, nice to see you in here!

There have been so many outlandish things written about Michael over the years, that it's incredible! Some of the rumors circulating during the trial were totally nuts. If Michael addressed all of them, he wouldn't have time for anything else. Mostly, he ignores the rumors.

We know, now, that he issued a statement saying he is ok. Nobody but closest friends and family know WHAT medical issues he's had over the years and that privacy is as it should be. I understand that there has been a rumor circulating for years that he suffers from lupus. He has NEVER confirmed this. What he did confirm was the skin-disorder, vitiligo. And that is what we know. . . . .

I know some of you remain concerned despite the public statement. I just want to tell you that worry does absolutely no good (and I know, some of you just can't help it!) and makes you feel badly. How about, when you feel yourself starting to worry (again?) please just send your good wishes to Michael?

I saw that video. He looks fine to me and I adore his voice, he just seems like a nice and sweet person.

Actually, I am never bothered by how and what he wears. I like him to be him. But it's just that him getting skinnier and the visit to doc had me worried. Maybe I read into things too much? I know worrying isn't helping on anything so yeah, I shouldn't worry and each time I start to worry, I'll send my well wishes to him and pray for him. I don't know but MJ is special to me. please don't laugh at me for saying that.

I really thank you for your understanding and support. :)
 
Hi ilovemjj4ever, we would NEVER laugh at you for saying Michael is special to you! We understand your concern and caring for him.

Whatever you may read about him, please remember that tabloids make up stories just to sell their papers and magazines. Doesn't mean what they write is true.

You saw the video, and he was moving around well and talking to people, so that's the "news" about Michael recently.

Angel of innocence its perfectly normal for fans to worry about Michael...Tabloids DO MAKE up stories to sell their ugly magazines, newspapers...Its all about the $$$

Thanks Susie for opening this thread. It is natural for people to be concerned about his health. I know I am. But I see a pretty active healthy person in the photos I've seen. And I also believe that Michael will tell us if there is something to tell that is that serious.

Thanks to all who contributed to this thread too. We support Michael - all the time.
