The group of about 20, mostly teens with a few adults, was seated at a long table beautifully decorated with flowers. The 17-year-old, who looked handsome in a black suit — a spy said Prince’s dad would have been so proud — sat at the end of the table, but he didn’t lack for company.

The spy told Confidenti@l, “Multiple girls came over to talk to him. Every 15 minutes another girl would sit next to him,” and said the scene was reminiscent of a bout of speed dating. But when the food arrived a male pal came and sat next to him.
Prince was also spied sipping on a colorful beverage festooned with an umbrella. When the birthday cake came out — a three-layer green and white creation with a big yellow bow on top — the birthday girl had four waiters take photos of her with her pals, including Prince, who she called over to be next to her.

Later another group seated right next to Prince’s table wanted to take snapshots and was told the restaurant has a strict policy: no photos allowed. Ah, it’s good to be a Prince.
The party broke up at a very respectable 10:15 p.m., but not before the party guests took photos of each other with their phones.

The iconic Hollywood hotel was teeming with celebs that night. BFFs Melanie Griffith and Kris Jenner shared an outdoors corner table, and our spy says divorce must agree with them, because they looked great. Uma Thurman was in high spirits and more than a bit clumsy, bumping into people without offering an apology. The “Pulp Fiction” actress used to date Chateau owner Andre Balazs.

A casually dressed Michelle Rodriguez arrived with three handsome hunks and proceeded to sit on a chair in the lounge with her legs open in a most unladylike manner. “Maybe she was thinking she was home and forgot she was at a restaurant,” sniffed our snitch. And Peter Sarsgaard was by himself, sipping tea while he perused an iPad.

Prince Michael Jackson: Cyber-Bullied on Facebook?

Last month, Prince Michael Jackson dumped Nikita Bess, and when the newly single son of the King of Pop turns 18 next month, he'll be gifted with a large chunk of his massive inheritance.

Young, wealthy, back on the market after a long relationship...sound like it would be a good time to some prowling via social media, right?

Unfortunately, sources say PMJ has been distancing himself from the web after becoming the victim of some vicious online attacks.

Though he's been active on Twitter, Instagram, and SnapChat for some time, Jackson only recently signed up for a Facebook account. It didn't go well:

"He got really upset and he deleted it," a source tells Radar Online. The insider adds that Prince received "thousands" of harassing comments.

While the cyber-bullying was certainly the worst part of the experience, insiders say Prince was almost equally upset by the obsessed fans who battered him with questions about whether his father is still alive.

Since deleting his Facebook account on Monday, Prince has reportedly distanced himself from social media entirely, having learned the perils of too much public interaction from both his father and sister.

Paris Jackson attempted suicide in 2013, reportedly due in large part to the constant media scrutiny that comes with being Michael's offspring.

Given that Prince will receive several million dollars next month, we think the unplugging couldn't have come at a better time.

The occasional funny cat meme isn't worth the barrage of Nigerian princes that would come out of the woodwork looking for a piece of Prince Michael.

Why oh why are some people just straight up assholes? And who the f**k asks a child if their dead father is alive? They are not fans. They are just assholes.
