I remember when I was watching the TAKE TWO that I was wondering how is ALWAYS very calm..a lot of self control even when that stupid Bashir was asking him stupind things...

the only time I saw him nervous in the " special" of the pseudo-journalist was when he was feeding Blanket at the Berlin hotel and was VERY nervous...very...he was shakin his legs and looked nervous
