It was close but I chose the 90s. Why? Dangerous, Dangerous Tour, HIStory, HIStory Tour, Blood On The Dance Floor, music videos, Superbowl, awards, They Don't Care About Us,... need I go on?

Actually I would say 1984-1993 Decade was Michael's best as a performer!!!!

Those years included Victory, Bad and Dangerous............

90's. The Dangerous Tour was absolutely fantastic, and the HIStory tour was epic (and I mean that.) Moreover....

80`s and 90`s... because it was his peak at his carreer... Bad Album - Bad Tour then Dangerous Album - Dangerous Tour--- BEST TIME

the 80s, victory and bad. If you weren't alive in the 80s and/or never saw him then how can you say another decade was better????? Michaelmania in the thriller era, llive singing, motown 25, you can't BEAT IT, never been topped not even by Mj himself.

As someone who experienced this for myself, I have to agree with you. Michael was untouchable during this period. Absolutely on top of the world!

90's because he did so many great things like the Dangerous and HIStory tours and the best superbowl performance EVER and soooooo much more!

I can't choose. All decades, era's are different... although Michael always showed a unity, a oneness in diversity (searching for my words ;) )
Being an older fan helps appreciating the aspects of all the era's :). And all of them are important.
My favorite decade? All of them.

I'll choose 80s. He has the best looking, best songs, best achievement and most popular.
Actually, I like him most between 1985-1995, that is from "We Are The World" to "History".

Michael was on top of the world during this period, and arguably his happiest.

The Bad Tour just highlights his epic talent. So much energy, better dance moves, the majority of his performances sung live.

I have to go with 90s. : )

Even though some hard times are included during these years,There are sooooo many wonderful moments from that decade!!!!

It's also maybe because the Dangerous era is my fave and the same goes for fave album and tour LOL!!!!And I adore the sensational song and short film diversity at HIStory-BOTDF era.

Love all of the appearances and performances,his looks and his amazing styling,and plus.....Michael becomes a daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

90's for me. Why? I have no idea. Bad, thriller, etc. were absolutely incredible, but something about his 90's work is oh so beautifully haunting. It's not even about him venturing into "dark" themes since he's been doing that for quite sometime. But it's just the mood (Who Is It, for instance) that makes the 90s that much more appealing for me.


I have a feeling the 00's would have been even better had the circumstances been different.

Yes, Thriller was great and Bad, too (it's when I became a fan), but Dangerous and History were just awesome!:wub:

Michael is full of amazing energy during the Bad Tour making girls faint everywhere he goes.
