just came across this promo by Pink Floyd, released in 1979
it is a special radio promo with track selection from The Wall
I think they have chosen the name very well, look at the sleeve: the're something similar on the Off The Wall album by Michael

It means those songs are from The Wall. Like how one might say that Jam and Black or White are "off Dangerous."

Hahahaha... Thet PF record isn't a promo, just because it says so on Discogs...
It is a well known BOOTLEG, which came out months before their official release ("The Wall"). But after MJ's release "Off the Wall". The songs presented on the PF record are demo recordings from what was going to be "The Wall". So don't get your hopes up about a promo with the same title as MJ has... This is and always will be a BOOTLEG, discogs has a few more boot's that they consider as 'official' just because they LOOK LEGIT... But no official stuff here...
