At the gym I went to, we did Pilates. It was the best thing for the core. My stomach would kill me sfterwards. it would hurt to laugh. But after a bit, all that stretching and breathing is good for your body and keeps you fit. I really like it.
I used to do it too...i would love to get back into it...it's so relaxing, yet challenging, fun, and refreshing...it's an all around feel good thing....Love it!~
