No it was stated it was promotion for a product being introduces ( they did reveal it but I cant remember what it was now)
and these masked men were seen around with several different starlets and celebrities at that time. I doubt very much
its was Michael. He would have no reason or purpose to do it ..

Michael would have never gone some where dressed like this I mean he always went as himself unless it was to go out like to a Movie Theater or something but I mean idk I just think this might not be him
