I've heard about him in the past and saw his name in one or more of those booklet's in MJ's CDs.

I'm pretty sure he's a friend.

Here's the video. He basically says that the tox reports should be out next week, and that he's concerned about how the controversy and the coverage in the media is effecting Michael's kids.
