The late Thriller singer's eldest son, 15-year-old Prince, loves to shoot home movies and improvised stories with his relatives and has set his sights on a career in film production after seeing the latest James Bond adventure Skyfall.

Prince's uncle Jackie exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "Prince is always around the house with his movie camera, making home movies with all the nieces and nephews. They get together all the time and make movies, that's all they do.

"That's what he wants to be a director — so he's making movies, and they make their own costumes and do their own make-up around the house, and all the nieces and nephews, they make movies all the time."

Referring to Prince, his sister Paris, 14, and brother, 'Blanket', 10, he added: "They have already seen James Bond. The first day it came out they were at the movie theatre. That's what they love to do. They go and see every movie, they don't care what it is. They loved James Bond."

Paris has previously expressed an interest in becoming an actress, winning a role in fantasy adventure Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys, but Jackie insists for the most part they lead normal lives, despite being part of such a famous family and having such an iconic father.

He said: "They are just kids, kids growing up as teenagers, doing homework, they do activities after school, taking acting lessons, they are normal.

"They do the same thing as all other kids, their names just happen to be Paris and Prince and Blanket."

Jackie and his brothers Jermaine, Marlon and Tito have just announced a tour of the United Kingdom. The Jacksons will bring their Unity show to Britain for a string of concerts in February and March 2013, starting in Birmingham on February 26, before calling at Manchester, Glasgow, Bournemouth and London. Tickets are on sale now.

That's super that they loved james bond. More interesting would be to hear if they went to see spike lee's bad25 celebration of their father.
 
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAWN ^^ didn't we find this out from Michael? After, Michael's death, didn't Latoya, Janet, grandma all say Prince wanted to be a producer? Thanks for the news Jackie. Now what does Jackie want to do when he gets older? Now let's stop pretending that Prince's love for producing began after seeing Skyfall.
 
Even Michael said in a interview, don't recall which one, that Prince liked doing little movies...

Prince said it on Oprah when she interviewed them in Havenhurst.
 
^^Basically when Jackie and brothers have interviews, the interviewer ask them about Michael's children. The brothers then say the usual things and that gets written up--the children are fine; they are normal; they are like other kids; they are doing well in school; Paris wants to act; Prince wants to produce. The end. Actually, we could give an interview about the kids because we know all that already. It is just that no one asks us.
 
I don't know if Jackie is just downplaying the popularity of Michael's kids or he's just not aware of it. To say they're like regular kids and that "their names just happen to be Paris and Prince and Blanket" as if they were the children of the Smith family is naive. Reality is that Paris, Prince & Blanket are the children of the most famous person in the world and their father's fame will always be attached to them. It's nice to believe that all children are the same & should be treated in the same way but unfortunately, that's not the reality. Michael's children are not like regular kids.

btw, didn't know all the nieces & nephews were into making movies & acting. I learned something new today.
 
^^That is because he wants to make a connection between Michael's children and the brothers' children. It also, means the brothers' children will be tagging along whatever Michael's children do in order to profit from it. The new generation after all have their father's genes and have inherited the "families'" sharing principles.
 
Man, I feel sorry for the remaining brothers. It must sting that "most" of the time they speak to reporters and whatnot, the MAIN focus is always Michael's 3-children.

Poor Siggy can't even get a little shout-out from his pop's. LOL! (Not to mention the "next" Jackson generation, wherein a bunch of them would like to be famous also. No shout-out for them either.)

Look at that article, it took the author SEVEN paragraphs before they mentioned the brothers being on tour. I guess ANY press is good press, but dang, that mention is like an after-thought, i.e. "Oh yeah, and the brothers will be on tour!"
