That was some funny stuff last nite; my favorite part was the girl tryna sing minnie rippleton... that high note is murder isn't it? :lol:

I have a few early favorites Von Smith and Adam Lambert and a girl Stevie? Also I saw Joanna Pacitti in Annie in 1996 so its pretty cool she made it in too.

That girl Joanna can really sing. I like how the judges were all blaze about her, sutpid. She's got a good voice. Just based on that I hope she wins.

Man that von smith is so annoying he's such a show off and that 'Over the rainbow' performance was so over the top almost like he's saying "Hey look at me."
 
The 2009 season started here yesterday :) We always come few weeks behind USA..
I'm amazed by the almost - blind guy, Scott? He is so brave.

And I don't understand why they didn't let Michael Perrelli to Hollywood, I thought he had a good voice and he was so sweet!
 
this season is gonna suck

although I loved the fact they played Don't Stop Till You Get Enough while they watched the top 12's journey's. :)
 
Sombody sang 'Rock With You' as well and Paula said it was the death kiss/wish or something.
