Odeon Cinema

Hello my fellow loveyl MJ Fans,

I booked two tickets to go see the film on Saturday and booked it for Odeon cinema due to i thought they were the only ones showing it. However, my a cinema closer to us, Cineworld, is showing it too so I want to cancel my tickets and book it them there, also my friend is ill so don't think we could do this Saturday anyway so want to change it to next week. There doesn't seem to be a refund policy for it, anyone know if i can refund my tickets? they seem to say they don't do refunds but thats stupid?? what if someone had a accident or something!

can anyone tell me what to do if there is a solution

Ring the helpline and say it was a mistake, or say your son/daughter used your card without permission etc (haha lie)

They should cancel them as its only a small value refund

Go to the Odeon, ask if they'll refund them. If they won't, then either go see the film at the Odeon, or buy a second set of tickets and go see it at Cineworld.
