This is a thread for things that haven't been done to death in TV shows and Movies. 
My Best Friend's Wedding. Platonic Heterosexual friendship doesn't turn romantic.
Hannah Montana. Episode Come Fail Away. Hannah does not get the role part she tried hard to get.
Wizards Of Waverly Place. Episode Disenchanted Evening. Theresa and Jerry are not trying to teach Alex a valuable lesson when they are nonchalant about Max being left alone on Mars. They really are under Alex's spell.
Orphan-Esther is not a Demon Child from Hell. She is an evil grown 33 year old woman who appears to be a 9 year old child, thanks to some body growth disorder that severly stunted her growth(think about Emmanuel Lewis or the late Gary Coleman for examples).
Orphan-Kate is for once, not an oblivious idiot parent and very soon realized that Esther wasn't as sweet as she originally seemed and was in fact a very disturbing and creepy person.
