I agree, and here we go again!

How many "Letters Of Intent" have certain members of the Jackson family signed to date? I mean, wasn't it recently reported that Joe Jackson signed a Letter Of Intent with the Happy Land people, or was it the perfume guy. LOL! I can't keep up when it comes to their various business ventures, that go nowhere and end up putting folks out of business.

They can sell their little Mystery Drink, but they won't be able to use MJ's likeness in order to do so. They most likely think that by having Mother on board, they will be able to use all things MJ related. Just like the former Mayor of Gary "thought" he would be able to use all things MJ related in order to get his 300 million dollar project off of the ground and we all saw how that worked out.

One more thing, where is Howard Mann in all of this. He ain't making Mother any money, so I guess he got kicked to the curb. I wonder what he thinks of Mother's new business venture.
 
I find these things embarassing. Katherine is well taken care of. I know it's about the others. They need to make their own living and stop using Michael all the time. I don't think I have ever seen anyone used as much by people as Michael has been in life and death. I wish they would just stop.

It's like Michael died and his Mother, ALL OF A SUDDEN, became this huge business woman. Not a very good business woman, but a business woman just the same. It's almost like she signs anything that is placed before her and if it doesn't work out, so be it, she will just wait for the next business deal to come across her desk.

I wonder how many flower arrangements she has sold to date, or if she is even interested in the flower business anymore.

Not very good at all. She is 82 I think and in good health and she should just enjoy her time with her grandchildren. The people who come to her with the deals seem stupid to me because they don't get that his family do not own the right to his likeness or anything. His estate does. They have no say in anything. Michael wanted her to take of his children and that's all she needs to worry about. Her middle aged children can look after themselves.

I don't care if they start selling sand to sahara, but as long as they keep tying Michael's kids in to their agreements or business deals, I will be against any venture of theirs. This one doesn't seems to be any different than previous ones, at least one of Michael's kids is talked into participating and making money for other useless family members.

Btw, Katherine's name in the agreement is just a front. To me this venture sounds like Joe and has Joe's name written all over it. I suppose if there is going to be disagreement with the estate (as usual) about MJ's image being used, they have to go against Katherine, not Joe as usual. So transparent:smilerolleyes:
 
They don't give up don't they? 10 kids in all and only MJ and now his kids are the money makers in that fam. Janet get's ignored as well as the other 20 + nieces/nephews/grandchildren. Ridiculous!

That is the same company KJ signed agreement with.
Katherine really needs to sit down and leave business to the people who has some sort of knowledge of it. Did she not learn anything when she made a deal with Koreans?

What makes them even think that if they have Katherine's name on the papers they can exploit MJ name, image and likeness, unless her name is there to bring kids in the fold:bugeyed

I know, they ALWAYS think just because a product or whatever is somehow linked to Michael Jackson, WE THE FANS will automatically go out there and support it.

And that's just not true. We investigate first and then decide whether to give it a thumbs up or a thumbs down.

Case in point would definitely be that sham of a tribute concert the family put on. LOL! They really thought we would be there, with NO questions asked. How wrong they were!

Anyway, if we throw our support behind The Mystery Drink, it would be like we were cheating on Mr. Pink's Energy Drink. LOL!

Haaa ^^ I couldn't help but laughing too. I mean how many times will these organizations get burnt, by not going through the right channels to make Michael objects. Didn't they read about the Wales tribute, the perfume, the booze, the belts, the charity, the Mann website.... Seriously these businesses need to do some research.

Did you guys notice the charity element of this venture? They couldn't resist putting in the same old formula:- Let's pretend this is legit by saying we will give some money to charity, and we will not disclose exactly what percentage of the profits goes to charity.

Get ready to see the usual children lined up to launch the drink.

The results are in - and Parafin Corporation (OTCBB: PFNC) continues to show no hint of a pulse. The Company recently filed its Form 10-Q report for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 , And - no surprise here - Parafin has no money and revenues. That sad fact is not particularly newsworthy since paraffin and its predecessors have consistently failed to develop any viable business. Over the years the Company has hawked "900" exchange telephone numbers, Russian oil, ergonomic chairs, and Paraguayan hydrocarbons. The results have been consistent, plenty of talk, but no discernible performance. See, Update: Parafin Corporation - Thai-ed Up By A Coup?
The Company may have no cash, but it never seems to run out of two key commodities - excuses and shares. Most recently, paraffin claimed that a military coup in Thailand had interfered with the Company's plan to resell Russian crude oil.
That coup did not interfere with the Company's ability to reward a select few individuals. The Company has operated for over 28 years - and has yet to report a dollar of revenues. Despite that lengthy record of non-achievement, paraffin has managed to spend plenty of money almost, $ 43 million since the 1978th In fact, between October 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006 - With no funds in its coffers - Parafin paid over 1.2 million in consulting and management fees.
Equally mind-boggling is the fact that public investors continue to purchase paraffin stock - and that those shares recently traded at more than 12 cents.
Since the Company has no funds, it rewards its "consultants" and "management" with stock - registered shares that can be sold immediately. On February 23, 2007 , The same day it filed its Form 10-Q for the December 2006 quarter, paraffin filed a Form S-8 Registration Statement, registering approximately 135 million shares to be distributed to directors, consultants and employees under a pair of stock incentive plans. Since there appear to be plenty of individuals willing to buy paraffin stock, the individuals who receive those shares are not likely to have much difficulty converting their certificates into cash - putting them in a far better position than the Company for Which they consult or work.
The Company did not identify the directors, employees and consultants who would be receiving the shares.
Considering paraffin's dismal track record, it is easy to understand why they would want to remain anonymous.
