huge New Edition fan and the many acts that spawned from them reads like the tv show Saturday night live. Bobby Brown, Ralph Trasvant,Johnny Gill, Bell,Biv devoe and the Group itself. for my money they were last vocal group that trulr moved me. Props to New Edition.

That's the only real comparison besides the Beatles. New Edition was that rare group where they had No. 1 hits on Billboard's R&B chart as group members and in their splinter group/solo careers.

they still put on a tight show but they always self destruct as well. always there own worst enmey and yet they never lost what they have. I've seen many groups and acts go away and never to return.

So true. I'm surprised they've lasted this long after all they went through in the last 25 years.

WOW, it's their 25th anniversary this year too! Since "Candy Girl" came out! unk: I feel old since I actually was born around the time they made those songs.
