A new case has been filed in Las Vegas over several Michael Jackson images taken by Kyle Arbuckle and allegedly stolen by another news outlet.

The famous pictures were taken on January 28, 2008 in the Luxor Hotel at Las Vegas. Arbuckle claims that he has been mislead by a reporter from Splash News, who watermarked and distributed the photos by not paying Arbuckle.

Arbuckle wants to get $150.000 from Splash.

i mean were these pics posted in the forum before ?
 
I think it's about the kids photos taken at the Luxor Casino, where they were not wearing their masks, no ? I remember to have read an article where the author wondered how these photos could have been taken then the paparazzi were not allowed to be in the hotel. He supposed they were taken by a tourist and sold to Splash. It seems he was wrong.

Every new information involved with Michael, seems to involve money that someone else wants. Well we will see how this theft story turns out.
