New Album to feature unreleased tracks re-edited ?

During the 1993 deposition ,There are a list of unreleased tracks read to Michael and Michael says whether or not they were released, Cry is mentioned during the questioning so im thinking that some tracks on the new album have already been written and will be re -editied for the new album, its possible right ?

No, the "Cry" mentioned during that questioning was another song with the same title.
the one on Invincible is not written by Michael. but yeah it happens.. Startin' Somethin' was for Off The Wall. Little Susie is from before that.. Superfly Sister was for Dangerous..
