I know that this forum is not an english course, but i never know the difference between mine and my. :)
Everytime when i have to use these words, i always spent minutes thinking about whenether i should use my or mine.
Could someone describe the difference between them?:D

For example you can say: "she is my girlfriend."
And if someone ask you: "Who is she ? -She is mine."
You can't say: "she is my." You always have to put a word after my.

Well, I hope I was clear enough. lol ;)

So everytime i use my, i have to put a word after it?
