Nowhere in the US, at least a Region 1 version that will play on a US DVD player, since it doesn't exist. You could search for a bootleg copy, but the quality may be from an old VHS tape or recorded off the TV, neither of which is good. There's a bootleg case of 32 DVD's that you could find on Ebay, but I've read on this forum that some disks haven't always worked. I'm sure a number of 'file-sharing' sites have it for download as well. . . . Hopefully it will be released in the US soon, as well as The Legend Continues, Captain EO, Ghosts, The Making of Thriller, etc.
