MJ's NEVERLAND landscaper

hello I am a student and I study landscaping. For my graduation i need to discuss a landscaper and his work. As an mj fan, I would like to do somthing about the neverland garden . So my question is who designed the garden was it mj himself or did he hired someone? and if you have special pictures of the garden or information would you please share it with me. Thanks
