Is anybody here familiar with issues of MJJMagazine?

They advertise exclusive content like never-before-published photos and interviews, which sounds interesting, but shipping to the U.S. is pretty expensive. I wonder if it's worth a try.
Also, who is behind the magazine? Is it fan-founded or official? They seem to be associated with MJJ Productions, which is now... run by the estate? They why are they in the UK? There is no "About" section on the web site.
