There are some of Michael's songs that really get me emotional EVERY TIME I hear them. Example: on Dirty Diana, the strings after the bridge makes me close my eyes and just sway to it. I love that part; on Man In The Mirror, the way he sings ". . . and washed out dreams, they follow the pattern of the wind you see . . ." his voice is amazing! I always just stop what I'm doing to listen to that part .
There are others too. Do any of you have special songs or parts of songs of Michaels that "get to you" when you hear them?

Lord, I nearly cry every time I hear those songs...

Going back a bit, if that's OK, to when he sang with his brothers.....

Heaven Knows I Love You & Find Me A Girl from the 1977 Goin' Places album.
What can I say..... I feel every lyric, every note!

From the 1978 DESTINY album:
Push Me Away and That's What You Get (for being polite) .
Very autobiographical. And It's always about the way he emotes.
The entire delivery of the songs.

Blues Away and Good Times from the 1976 album, The Jacksons.
Musical stories that tantalize the senses.

Oh, there are plenty that I can name from his solo years as well:
TLIML, HN, PYT, I Can't Help It, Get On The Floor, Keep The Faith (if you call out loud ....will it get inside!) Love that!
Who Is It and GITM just moves me! Man!
YANA,when he sings around 1:27 and again around 3:05 "I am here with "YOU", that little 'dip' in his voice, aaah!
and also around 4:35 when he sings "You are always in my heart" and he hit the word HEART in 3 different , um, "levels?"
Wow! That just does something to me!

I can go on but....it's kinda hard describing exactly what I mean on the keyboard of my PC. Lol!
