Michael had a voice that was also very suitable for rock songs. Unfortunately he only recorded a few. But it's not that bad, because there are remixes.

Maybe it would help if you included Michael's name in the title? Perhaps people think it's just rock music, generally, not Michael's rock songs? Just a thought. 🤷🏾‍♀️

For me it's just the whole remix thing. I don't really do them.

Actually, you reminded of a mash-up that I love but I don't think it qualifies for your thread. Metallica ft. Michael, mash-up between Master of Puppets and Who Is It. Works really great on the chorus, imo.
 
I listened to bits and pieces of these, not enough to vote but I have to say those metal sounds work very well with MJ’s melodies.
