Dear Mods, A number of people have been asking for various resources, and I thought it might be useful to start a non-discussion resources page, with links and descriptions for each resource eg fan-made rebuttal videos, links from existing pages which are now 'buried' in discussions etc.

Shortly after the news investigations of Mr. Weinstein&#8217;s alleged abuse were published, A. J. Benza, a former New York Daily News gossip columnist, received a two-word text from the producer: &#8220;Help me.&#8221;

Mr. Benza had been integral to the network of friendly journalists &#8212; gossip columnists, magazine writers, editors and authors &#8212; whom the producer relied on to promote his entertainment empire and sometimes punish rivals or deflect threats.

Over dinner in West Hollywood in late 2003 or early the next year, the men had discussed a plan to help Mr. Weinstein avoid embarrassment. While married to his first wife, he had become involved with someone else, Mr. Benza discovered. A clerk at a Los Angeles art studio where he commissioned a gift for Mr. Weinstein &#8212; a painting of a reimagined &#8220;Hollywood&#8221; sign reading &#8220;Harveywood&#8221; &#8212; volunteered to Mr. Benza that a friend, Georgina Chapman, was seeing the producer. Mr. Weinstein, who would later marry Ms. Chapman, was separated and wanted to keep the relationship confidential until he was divorced, according to his spokeswoman, Sallie Hofmeister.

Mr. Benza, then between jobs, had a suggestion. &#8220;I could supply your P.R. girls with a lot of gossip &#8212; a lot of stories &#8212; and if people come at them with the &#8216;Harvey&#8217;s having an affair story,&#8217; they can barter,&#8221; Mr. Benza recalled telling Mr. Weinstein. &#8220;He said, &#8216;A. J., it&#8217;s got to be good stories,&#8217; and I said, &#8216;Don&#8217;t you worry about it.&#8217;&#8221;

Collecting a monthly retainer, Mr. Benza said, he reported items on Roger Clemens, Michael Jackson and others and sent them to Mr. Weinstein&#8217;s communications team, though he didn&#8217;t know whether they were used to trade away stories about the producer. Mr. Weinstein&#8217;s spokeswoman said the payments to Mr. Benza were for public relations work during Miramax&#8217;s dispute with Disney.

After 10 months, Mr. Weinstein said, &#8220;I think the coast is clear; I think we beat this thing,&#8221; according to Mr. Benza, who recently had a brief stint as a writer for American Media and also runs his own gossip podcast, &#8220;Fame Is a Bitch.&#8221;

Mr. Benza and Mr. Weinstein were exploiting a longstanding system of favor-trading between the press and the movie business. Gossip writers need a stream of insider scoops, industry beat reporters need exclusives on the next big deal and glossy magazines need celebrities who can drive newsstand sales. Mr. Weinstein, who wanted glowing coverage, could provide that and more.

The producer often held out business opportunities to those who covered him. He had book and movie deals with writers and editors at Fox News, The New York Post, Premiere magazine, Vanity Fair, Variety and elsewhere. In Mr. Benza&#8217;s case, a book contract came immediately after he left The Daily News. In interviews, several journalists who had business ties to him said the arrangements did not cause them to pull punches.

He had particularly strong ties to the tabloid giant American Media &#8212; owner of The Enquirer, Globe, OK!, Radar Online and others &#8212; with which he teamed up to pursue several media and production deals.

What I think is a good idea to share in these days is Michaels Chistmas speaches from 1992 and 2002 where he reveals official his plans what he want do to children in the following year:

When you follow the timeline of 1993 intensly you find sooo much strong evidence that supports the impression that this were MJs absoluty true and serious plans and not to molest any child.
When he whould have done this the plans he spoke about whould have compleatly failed and he whould have find NO contributer for the non profit organisation "Heal the World" anymore (who was only a few months old at this time) to help children in need.

The same appleys for his Christmas speach from 2002. His destinations he talked about whould have never been reached. He absolutly doesn't sounds like someome who had planed to molest only two months later the cancer patient Gavin Aviso:


This can be something to be part of the new series of the Michael Jackson Innocent project. I will adress the idea to them.

It does not exist, or its never been accessed by anyone publicly at least.

Tom Meseareau was on King Jordan Radio and was asked about the 1993 case. Meseareau claimed he had dissected the 1993 allegations and everything about IN DETAIL. As you know he had to defend claims MJ molested Barnes, Culkin and Robson, so he had to dig through it all. He read the book "Michael Jackson was my lover" and everything he could find and also all the legal documents.

Then a caller asked him about the body search photos and the fact that to this day there are conflicting stories about it.

Meseareau responded that to get an answer they needed to ask the people in charge of that body search on Jacksons side as well as the procecution.

I was shocked! Meseareau did say that he was ready to defend that part of the story had the chandler come in to testify, but that does not mean Meseareau had witnessed any documents or conclusions about it!

Did you notice in the Leaving Neverland thread where I spent 3 pages discussing with people how to find RESOURCES that proof IT WAS NOT A MATCH - besides that the autopsy proves MJ was not circumcised.

We all know it did not match because Jordys lawyer Feldman barred it from evidence in the civil case and Sneddon did not use it during the Grand Jurys in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara in 1994. He did not use in 2005 either despite filing a motion saying it was match with nothing to back it up.

But the question remains, WHY ARE THERE POLICE/FORENSIC REPORT DOCUMENTING the findings and concluding they could not use it as evidence?

I just read some of the documents of the 2005 trial to find the motion by the lawyer of chandler to reject the evidence about the description of chandler, but what I have found about It is a motion of thomas mesereu for request that those tests are dismised. The legal reasons are constitutional right and also that the descriptions can not be shown without showing the photos, and the photos from what I have understood can not be shown because a constitutional right is violated.
the document of the lawyer of chandler I have not found only the one of thomas mesereu asking that this evidence not be used, where is the document that says the people of the lawyer of chandler asking that those tests (the descriptions) in the judgment are not accepted? could you put it here please

These rulings were made on the 23rd November 1993. Soon after, Johnnie Cochrane joined Michael's legal team and he started a Motion For Protective Order.

Michael couldn't prepare for the civil trial within 120 days as the police were refusing to provide him with copies or a list of what they took.

I honestly don't care. It's not my business, unless he starts doing tv tours on allegations there is no point in bringing his current affairs up. And I really hope it doesn't need to be said, but no amount of harassment will make him come out and tell the truth.
