Micheal may be the king of music but he's also the king of fashion. I'm a big fan of his risk-taking personal style so here's a thread where we can gawk at and talk about his sexy military jackets, S&M suits, snake skin pants, and everything in between.

I'll start! Behold this beauty of this outfit. It's out of this world. Look at how Michael sticks out like a sore thumb lol. Such a contrast to Bush hahaha.

The bad era was his sexiest look IMO. Those sunglasses are totally in right now. His outfits and fashions were always timeless...just like his music
 
MJ was a fashion icon and music icon..
For me the best era was bad,the looks,style,music everything
 
Anything red/black/white.

Those are the magical colors.

People don't even realize how much Michael's clothing and appearence has done for his music.

When you think of Thriller you see the jacket John Landis wife made for Michael.
When you think of Beat it you see the red jacket that *uhm* I don't know who made, lol.
You think of Billie Jean and see the black sequins jacket and glove.

Bush & Tompkins are also geniuses, I kind of giggle at Dolce & Gabbana, Cavalli and those dudes in comparison to Bush & Tompkins.

EDIT: The CTE-shirts are the shit... especially the red/black and red/white

Great points! I definitely agree with you about his appearance and his music working together as one. Michael was like the whole package...his fashion reflected his music!
 
Michael inspired fashion industry so much. He was so innovative, he could pull of literally anything and make it look good! The man never looked dull
This is my favorite Michael look, I love this jacket, it's a bit different from Billy Jean sequinned blazer, I need a similar one!

This is truly amazing, how he looked good/hot no matter what he was wearing.
Am just trying to imagine anyone else wearing the black plastic pants and yellow shirt :wub:(okay, am admitting it :tease: i've got like permanent fixation on the Come T. outfit) and just can't without bursting into laughter..:smilerolleyes:

Whitecurl, whenever I see a pic of MJ in those pants I automatically look at the erm...pelvic area...uh hum...What was the thread about again? Oh yeah fashion! Hehe.

I love his style, he was regal and stood out :)

although the other side was very hard to get over too.

Your diary thing is cracking me up, cuz that's exactly the same thing I am searching for these days. My diaries. :hysterical::yes: One thing worries me tho, I seem to go even crazier as years passes by:tease:

yeah i was reading mine too, and good god did i have an obsession with a gold clad behind. not that the obsession wasn't there before or after, but between the age of 14 and 17 i think it was out of control. the things i wrote were so embarrassing!

Mwwhaha! This is epic, gold clad! But see, my mom used to spy on me, and was reading my diary. Well, as she didn't wanna admit she read it, she came up with all sorts of silly excuses why should I be sent for a head check.:hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
 
i must add that i really don't know if i feel quite well after seeing that pic. i've come over all of a dither. please give me some air.... swoon!

I always loved that red blazer. So dashing. And I loved the way he paired it with so many different types of shirts. Mmmmm.

you are definitely right about MJ being a fashion icon.

I relate all mock collar jackets to MJ. The aviators as well.

I actually bought 3- military style jackets b.c the first time i saw it in the store.... I was like MJ. I'll have to post it.

I think MJ was hot, sexy,cute, handsome, etc... you get the idea.... since he was 18. BUT I do agree.... he was perfect during the BAD era..

esp. the red/black out fits. i love the way he looks with sophia lauren.
 
Thanks for posting those photos! MJ looks drop dead GORGEOUS at Branca's wedding!!!! I hate Oprah lol! I want to run my hands up and down MJ's chest like that. She knows we are all hating!!

My favorite article of clothing are jackets and it's all due to MJ. I'll wear jackets in the summer haha. Recently at H&M they've included a lot of MJ inspired military jackets and blouses (I bought one). Since his passing :( a lot of the stores have flooded their racks with MJ inspired pieces.

omg this photo that MJJ GOAT posted. I love all the S&M inspired leather straps. MJ's style screams hyper masculinity and sexuality.

I like the gold pants paired with the SC suit better than the thong outfit from dangerous lol. Gold pants is the sex!
