MJ Dance - Need MJ Fans Feedback :)

Okay so im performing at this concert I have organised on 4th December 2009 called Australia Salutes Michael Jackson - A Tribute to the King Of Pop.

I want feedback on my rehearsals from REAL MJ fans (you guys) on how I can improve my performance. I want to do MJ justice.

Damien, you are so talented. I've only gotten through the first. You've got an amazing side moonwalk! WBSS is especially fantastic. On TDCAU, your energy toward the end when the skipping steps start is great -- you could use some more angry energy building up to it, as it comes a bit out of nowhere. From the start of TDCAU, more attitude, more anger, could really build some drama for you. Oh, I'm jealous as hell (I love to dance). But, Damien, please, I beg you, not the golden thong thing... even on MJ, it was unbearable. You're adorable, and it just detracts from your adorableness...

I know this is going to be a big success for you!

Okay, to be honest I was totally avoiding this thread because usually the MJ dance routines I see on youtube make me cringe, but I decided to give yours a watch and you are just wonderful!

I didn't really have the time to watch all of the videos, but I was really impressed with your Billie Jean and I definitely echo what Bo G said about your side & circular moonwalk! So great.
Also loved WBSS.

Hahaha thanks for the feedback I have to laugh about the gold G banger... so many mixed reactions! I didnt wanna wear it. But then I did, and I have to admit i personally actually like it! Helps with getting into the mood. Weird.

Thanks for the performance feeback too It was filmed at midnight after we'd been dancing since 7pm, so the lack of energy can be explained (excuses, excuses ur thinking haha)

Also, Im confused why people like the Billie Jean so much.. thats the one I am not happy with!

Yeah I agree with Bo G, you're doing a great job brother! You just need a bit more anger, more attitude to build up the drama and energy there. Like Fred Astaire said MJ is an angry dancer
