Miles from ordinary...
Since Michael has acheived mostly all of his goals; a billionaire,
highly successful, most recognizable voice and face in the world,
he still felt some shortcomings. With all that he's done,
only the children made him feel that he had a purpose.
As much as he is loved throughout the world, he really
did feel a lack of love. Which equates greatly to his loneliness.

Heal the world.

Thoughts?

he was human being like the rest of us and he was very very lonely that's true...I think the only people who gave him the energy to keep on going were his children and his fans the real fans who always loved him no matter what, I think that meant a lot to him
but you pointed out only the good things in his life don't forget he had to pay a high price for everything, the money and fame brought him a lot of personal pain

OK. No problem.

I just found it very interesting and intriguing that with all of his
accomplishments, all of the love & adoration from fans, all of his
phenomenal success that Michael was still so lonely and didnt feel love.

In his words he said that if he sharpened his craft, people would love him more.

I pointed out some of the "good things" in his life because
in spite of it all, he was still so very alone and felt that he wasnt loved.
I know money doesnt buy you love, but he has accomplished so much in
his life that you'd think somewhere in there he would have found
some kind of happiness.

I'm not really talking about the high price of his fame, but
how his many acheivements still did not fulfill his thirst for love
and acceptance.

He wanted the success, but it still left him feeling "empty".
