Michaels Armband?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post...
I recently came across this item and really, just wanted to share and see if anybody may be able to shed light on how it came to be?
It is described as "armband material" and is approximately 50cm in length. It is very similar to the armband that Michael wore for his opening costume on the Dangerous tour. Signed in silver pen. It is obviously not finished.
I have tried to find contact info for Michael Bush with no luck but just wondered if anybody here might know? Had anything similar been made available in the past?

Yea,they were always made for Michael's jackets by MB. Most of the unfinished ones ended up in the costume auction in December 2012,but that's how Michael got his armbands.
