Michael Tribute CD??

Hi

I want to do a Michael Jackson tribute CD. I want to record, promote and distribute it. Does anyone know who I need to contact to obtain permission to record the songs and distribute them?

I'm really stuck so if anyone could help that would be great!

Maybe one of the publishing companies like BMI or ASCAP. But you have to pay for use, which is probably expensive.

Yes Yeezy I will be putting the album on my website to buy when I get the permission. I don't know if I'll have to give any of my royalties to Michael's estate or not.. guess I'll find out when I ask!
