Michael Samples In History????

Me and my dad were talking about Timbaland stealing music and how the law defines it as sampling even if it's uncredited (?I don' know how true that is?) and he mentioned Michael sampled in HIStory for Little Susie and a bunch of other songs. I lost my HIStory booklet a few years ago, and I don't recall there being any sample (except Thank You For Letting Me Be Mice Elf for Scream...or is it the remix that has the sample......) anyways, did Michael use a sample or did he use an uncredited sample???

Yes, little Susie was a sample (but I never heard about scream being a sample).
