Saw this at the side too..Explaining his creative process (bad quality):

Bad Girl... What's that version everywhere? Jason Malachi? Eh...

Thanks for the list anyway. I think I've seen a part of this list before but thanks anyway.

The list is the songs that Michael is naming in the videos. Who's Jason Malachi?

He's the guy who had some songs and some people claimed those songs that those are Michael's. I remember that one of those was Bad Girl. I could be wrong through...

I am so angered by this. Poor Michael, is there anything that he wasn't accused of? This absolutely pathetic. Michael Jackson stealing songs! If you accuse Michael of that, there is nothing you wouldn't accuse him of.

Poor Michael. I've seen this video before. I only watched the whole thing once. Very painful to watch.

So many songs. I hope one day we get to hear some of them.

i can't help but be suspicious of people asking him questions like this. the general lot of them brought it on themselves.

but it feels like they are testing him to see if he actually wrote these songs, because of the shit people hurled at him in the past.

it's called the creative process for a reason. you don't know exact times and dates that you get up at three in the morning, and a song comes to your mind. and the more prolific a writer, the more likely you'll have a hard time recalling dates. i'm sure it's no accident that the people who ask MJ these questions in a courtroom setting, are NOT songwriters!

Where is this from? Sounds like from a court hearing? I know its 1993? What's the information surrounding this? Because it doesn't appear to have any relevance to the child molestation accusations?

i don't think it's about the child molestation stuff. but i know people were predictably claiming MJ stole songs from them, songwritingwise, simply because of his success...and though the copyright office surely has all his records, i guess people feel the need to rake him over, anyway.

This was really hard to watch....
He is obviously hurting physically and emotionally.

But wow, the amount of music he wrote over his lifetime is amazing.

I love the way he has to think about what album Smooth Criminal is on....

There's an awesome story to THE TOY. Don't have time to type, but you can find it in a book.

I like how they mentioned The Toy and he started moving his head like he could hear the song. And his smile at 3:17 :)

He'd just had surgery on his mouth before this deposition right?

He had to sit their for hours for no damn reason. How horrible.
