The King of Pop's eldest, born Michael Joseph Jackson Jr, got suited and booted for the awards ceremony - which honours outstanding people of colour in theatre.
Prince, 27, looked smart for the ceremony at Taglyan Complex, Los Angeles, in a black suit with a blue shirt.
He also sported a black tie and leather buckled shoes, and wore his long hair slicked back.
Prince is one of two children Michael shared with his first wife Debbie Rowe, along with daughter Paris, 26.
At the time of Prince's birth, Michael said he felt 'blessed beyond comprehension' to have become a father.

In March, Prince stepped out with Paris and his brother Blanket, 22, who was born via artificial insemination with an anonymous surrogate mother, for a rare joint appearance at a preview of MJ: The Musical at the Prince Edward Theatre in London.
Michael's eldest got his degree in business administration in 2019 before starting a foundation to help young people in Los Angeles, whilst also running a production company.
He counts Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin and late Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor as his godparents.
After his parents divorced in 1999, Prince lived with his dad on his famous Neverland Ranch and was then raised by his grandmother, Katherine, following Michael's death.
In May 2019, Prince thanked his cousins - TJ, Taryll and Taj - for helping him graduate from Loyola Marymount University.
'[They] kept pushing me to graduate and finish up my degree when I wanted to quit,' he wrote at the time.
'Honestly I can't tell you if all of it was worth it yet but I am proud of my degree as I believe it is a testament to my dedication and discipline.'
During his university days, Prince met John Muto and the pair went on to found the Heal Los Angeles Foundation in 2016.
According to its website, the foundation's mission aims to 'improve the lives of young people' through 'impactful programs' that will arm them with life skills to help them 'pursue their dreams.'
One of the services Heal was able to provide during the COVID pandemic included delivering meals to people who were struggling in 2020.
'I would like to think that [my dad would be] be very proud, because I think this was one of his main goals - not only to spread his message of positivity and happiness, but to see it enacted in his kids,' Prince told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
'As a father, I think that's what you want to do when you raise kids. You're preparing them for the world and the type of person they're going to be.'

Along with the foundation, Prince also runs a production company, King's Son Productions, which looks to produce, shoot, edit and create content 'ranging from cinematic music videos and short films to feature-length film
He showcases his love of motorcycles on his YouTube page by taking viewers on his rides.
