Frodsham Community Centre to stage Remembering Michael – The Musical Tribute To MJ

A MUSICAL tribute to the king of pop looks set to be a real Thriller.

Frodsham Community Centre hosts Remembering Michael – The Musical Tribute To Michael Jackson – for a three-night run, back by popular demand.

The show, which proved a big hit last year, is directed and choreographed by 2 Bad Productions – brother and sister Joel and Georgia Merry – and is described as a ‘thrilling adventure through Michael Jackson’s greatest song and dance masterpieces’.

The duo have already earned praise from Michael Jackson’s former drummer and they have supported charities such as Halton Haven Hospice in the past.

Joel said: “I’m a trained Michael Jackson impersonator and a professional singer and songwriter. The group has been recognised by those close to Michael Jackson himself – only last year his drummer Jonathan Moffett wrote to us and commented on a performance we had done, remarking ‘wow, you guys are great!’.”

He said: “The show that we are performing is to raise money towards an even bigger show at a larger venue next year which will be in aid of charity. Michael Jackson himself donated over $325m to charity – what more inspiration do we need to carry on his legacy by helping to raise as much as we possibly can for local charities?”

The show runs from April 12-14, and tickets priced £10 can be booked by calling 07885 426 070.
