Hey people !

I wanted to know does anybody knows why Michael Jackson has that
arm BRACE at his hand and why does he has arm BRAND:

You can see it here at picture arm brace is that thing at his fist and arm brand , white
track at his right hand but near shoulder .

He has it in Jam performance , black or white , bad etc...(arm brace)
He has it at Smooth criminal , Billie jean (sometimes), heal the world etc....(arm brand)


Please lets find out this ....i think its quite important !

he's said that he wears it to remind him of/represent the suffering of children around the world
he's had the band for a long long time, but it was really noticeable during the trial

plus he probably thinks it looks cool.

Yea i heard that .Thats about his arm BRAND ...but what is with arm BRACE?

The Armband is usually a sign of mourning or a sign of respect

Someone on the set of Black Or White was wearing the armbrace to treat a damaged wrist, he liked it so asked to use it.

Hmm , my dance trainer told me it has some connection with vogue dance ..(arm brace)
That dance which gay population bought to America ...it has some connections with it ...
I know about arm brand , its some kind of respect but arm brace is still under ??

Im gona ask him next time about it , but anyway i would like to hear more , what people think about it :D
 
I always assumed it was like another odd fashion statement with him. I don't know if it had any necessary use. Like with the tape on his fingers for smooth criminal. I always thought it was odd, but only recently found out that it may have been used to develop a background for his character in Moonwalker.

But the arm brace and also the single skate knee pad was always kinda funny to me. I think he just thought it looked cool, lol!
 
what about the red string that michael wears around his Wrist???
 
I've made one myself... I mostly put it on in special occasions, holy days, birthdays, collection days, or days thats related to MJ in somehow :)
 
is it an African Omen ?, i have an African friend who showed me her wedding pics and i found a pic were she and the groomwearing similar red srtings .
i asked her about them and she said that it is an old tradition bride and groom need to wear them during wedding for happienss and prosperity...but they took them off later in the wedding.. as I saw in the other pics.

so i dunno maybe they are related to Africa somehow...i will try to search more ,b/c Michael is very very very much confined to them whenever ,whatever ,whereever he is !
 
Red strings tied around the wrist have also been associated with the religion Kabbalah, Madonna and Britney Spears have both previously been snapped wearing strings similar to Michael's.
 
If memory serves (maybe lol) at some point Michael sprained or broke his wrist and it became a interesting ornament after that lol

The red friendship bracelet was made for him.

Arm band was for the children.

Knee thingys .... no idea in the world :lol:
