Michael Jackson Cocktail game - to cheer us up!

OK, so I was down at the O2 today with my partner and some friends, we were supposed to be at tonight's show so wanted to still come down and pay our respects.

We went into the O2 for dinner and drinks (several cocktails, hence the silly game), and after getting the bar maid to play non-stop MJ, we started a game of coming up with Michael Jackson related drinks for a MJ themed bar. These are the ones we came up with, add your own!
