This is unusual to find on e-bay ..something appparently presented to Michael...a friendship medallion with his portrait on one side and his signature on the other.
(wish I could afford it)
Oddly however there are 2 of them, one dated 1987 and the other 1988...the earlier one is boxed and appears not to have the chain.

Beautiful 1oz 18k Gold Medallion Engraved with Michael Jackson's image on 18k gold necklace. Presented to Michael Jackson in Japan in December 1988.
The Front of the coin contains Michael Jackson's engraved image and reads "Let's Be Friends. Michael Jackson."
The Back of the coin contains Jackson's engraved signature and reads, "In commemoration of visit to Japan December, 1988."
This was in Michael Jackson's possession. After Michael Jackson, this medallion once belonged to long time MJ friend Wade Robson. And now it could be yours.

So, the 1988 one is "confirmed", yeah? I wonder what the story behind the 1987 one is... maybe he was supposed to recieve it that year, but then it had to wait for the next year...?
Anyway, I think it's very nice. Too bad it's way too expensive for me :D
