LWMJ: Michael's hotelroom?

In "Living With Michael Jackson" he stayed in a hotel in Las Vegas there he have toys, games and the "green man" statue. Was this only MJ's room, or were all the toys etc there from before of? Because he said: "I always riding in this chair when i am bored"

i believe that all this things was property of Michael, because he said that he stayed in a set of suites
